FAQ

Questions, answered.

What areas do you serve?

Reliable weekly service across Lawrenceville, Dacula, Grayson, North Snellville, selected Lilburn areas, and surrounding Gwinnett County communities. Coverage is by approved ZIP code and route availability; we do not yet cover all of Gwinnett County. Check your ZIP on our Service Areas page.

How is pricing calculated?

Weekly service is billed monthly and starts at $79.96/month for one dog and $91.96/month for two to four dogs. Monthly pricing covers recurring maintenance after the yard is brought under control. If the yard has buildup or has not been recently serviced, an initial cleanup fee starting at $59 may apply before monthly service begins. One-time Event Reset cleanups start at $89. Final pricing may vary based on yard size, condition, access, and service frequency.

Why are plans shown monthly?

Yalla Dawg is built as a recurring cleanup service, so monthly billing makes it easier to understand the ongoing yard-care cost. Monthly billing is based on weekly recurring service at $19.99 per visit for one dog and $22.99 per visit for two to four dogs.

Does the number of dogs affect pricing?

Yes. Clean Yard Monthly is $79.96/month for one dog. Family Yard Monthly is $91.96/month for two to four dogs. Each dog above four adds $16/month for qualifying standard residential yards.

What is the Fresh Yard add-on?

Fresh Yard is an optional deodorizing add-on for recurring residential customers. It is +$19/month and is designed to help the yard smell fresher between visits.

How much is the initial cleanup?

Initial cleanups start at $59 when you begin recurring service. Heavily accumulated yards, difficult access, unusual terrain, or large yards may need a custom quote that we confirm before service.

How much is a one-time Event Reset cleanup?

One-time Event Reset cleanups start at $89. They work well for cookouts, birthdays, guests, move-ins, move-outs, seasonal catch-up, and one-time yard resets. Final pricing may vary by yard size, condition, access, and scope.

When is a custom quote required?

Large yards, heavy buildup, difficult access, unusual terrain, commercial cleanup, goose cleanup, pet-waste station service, and unusual service frequency require a custom quote.

Do you provide HOA and commercial service?

Yes. Commercial, HOA, apartment, park, playground, dog-park, school, church, office-campus, walking-path, pond-edge, and retention-area-edge requests use the commercial custom quote path. We confirm the property type, problem area, service needed, frequency, urgency, and access notes before pricing.

How is goose cleanup priced?

Goose cleanup is custom-quoted because property size, affected areas, droppings volume, frequency, access, and pond or retention-area edges can change the scope. Use the quote form and choose the commercial or goose-cleanup option.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we have safe access to the yard, you do not need to be home. We text ahead, complete the visit, re-secure and photograph your gate, and send confirmation.

What happens if my gate is locked?

If we cannot safely access the yard, we will notify you and reschedule when possible; our lock-out policy may apply. You can store a gate code and access notes securely in your client portal to avoid missed visits.

Are dogs allowed in the yard during service?

For everyone's safety and a thorough job, we ask that dogs be secured indoors or in a separate area during service. Let us know your situation in your access notes and we will work with you.

How will I know service is complete?

You will receive a service-confirmation notification for every completed visit, along with a secured-gate photo.

What happens to the waste after cleanup?

We securely bag the collected waste and place it in your outdoor trash container. For commercial or shared properties, we use a designated onsite receptacle. Off-site hauling is not included.

Our disposal process is consistent with Gwinnett County Parks animal-waste guidance directing animal waste to trash containers.

What happens during severe weather?

Severe weather may shift your service day for safety. We will notify you and complete your visit as soon as conditions allow.

How does recurring billing work?

You enroll with a secure card on file through our onboarding portal. Recurring billing runs automatically on your plan schedule, with automated receipts by email. We never store raw card data on this website.

Can I pause or cancel service?

Yes. You can request a pause or cancellation from your client portal or by contacting us, per the terms of your plan.

How does recurring weekly service work?

You are assigned a consistent service day each week. We text ahead before arrival, complete a full search-and-remove, re-secure and photograph your gate, and send confirmation automatically, on schedule, with no need to be home.
